Mitchell Communications Group, a rapidly growing, national award-winning strategic communications firm, is seeking full-time receptionist to join our team located in Fayetteville, AR. The receptionist will have the primary responsibility of representing and supporting the agency through reception and general administrative duties, day-to-day coordination and office functions. The receptionist may also assist with agency or client projects and communications as needed.
Display excellent customer service to both guests and team members.
Supports the agency as the first-line contact for guests and callers by representing the company in a welcoming and professional manner.
Serves as administrator for team work-related travel, including but not limited to online booking of air travel, lodging and rental vehicles.
Procures and organizes office supplies.
Obtain and organize electronic and physical files, file contracts, hand time reporting and reconcile expense reports for the members of the leadership team as needed.
Pull monthly reports and compile data to submit to executive committee.
Assist with any administrative function as needed; including to work in Advantage (agency Enterprise Software).
Assist executive committee with calendars and scheduling events.
Other duties as needed.
Ability to work in strict confidence.
Comfortable in very fast-paced and changing environment.
Good interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment.
Reliable, deadline and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Work, PowerPoint and Excel. Microsoft Access is a plus.
Experience in an agency setting a plus.
